4 PAX arrived ready to ruck on a sweatshirt kinda morning. YHCs VQ, which I started off proving that counting is not my strong suit. The day went down hill from there, so stay tuned, this is my first blackblast, so I am fairly confident it wont go as planned.
WARMARAMA:
Air Squats 25 IC
Side Straddle Hops 25 IC
Merkins 25 IC
Arm Circles 25 IC
Imperial Walkers 25 IC
THE THANG:
Skip the stairs, Ruck up the hill on the steady incline to the parking lot side stairs.
1st stop: 20 Air Squats on the fence poles.
Ruck over to the long pine of the hill.
20 Chest slaps ( extended push up position, alternating chest slaps)
Sprint (kinda) up the hill
2 X 25 m bear crawls
Rucked over to the main stairs
Removed the rucks for:
Ruck Overhead Presses
Ruck Upright Rows
Ruck Bench Press
Rucked out to independence and back.
All completed with the ‘team weight’ 10 lb mace bell in tow.
