It was a great showing at Stinkhill for YHC 40th Birthday Beat down. The PAX showed up and were ready for a workout. The PAX warmed up to Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnels, Squats, Spider-man Stretch, and Arm Circles.
After that the PAX moseyed up and over Stinkhill to Kid’s Cove. The theme of the day was 40, so the PAX did 40 of every exercise. In between each the PAX ascended to the ridge of Stinkhill and back down. Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Carolina Dry Docks, American Hammers, Lunges, Wide Arm Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Step ups.
After that the PAX moved to to the main playground. There they continued the 40 each and in between they sprinted around the perimeter of the playground. Incline Merkins, LBC’s, Side Squats/ Lunges, Hand Release Merkins, Leg Raises, Jump Squats.
After that the PAX moseyed up and over Stinkhill back to the Flags for some MARY and COT. Countarama, Namearama and a reading of 1 John 5:14.
