Curls, curls, and more curls to finish out January’s QuadP. 1050 to be exact. Here is how we got there.
40 side straddle hops – In cadence (IC)
20 imperial walkers – IC
20 merkins – IC
Mosey to football field carrying one set of 25 lbs. dumbbells.
Curls on the 5s: PAX #1 curls, PAX #2 running, PAX #3 big boy situps. Number of curls was the yard line. 5 curls on 5, 10 curls on 10, … , 100 curls on opposite goal line. Big boy situps were performed on furthest goal line from PAX performing curls. Rotate on runner. All told, 1050 curls between the 3 PAX.
On visitor bleachers, irkin ladder. 1 irkin on first bleacher up to 14 irkins on last (14th) bleacher.

YHC is admittedly late on this backblast. No excuse.
The PAX helped with a few changes to the format. Specifically, the addition of big boy situps during Curls on the 5s.
When starting the curl on the 5s, YHC did not truly know if it was possible. The PAX pulled through and did not let up.
It was somewhat eerie on the last row of irkins. Your face was looking down the back side of the bleachers (nothing underneath you).
