    Main Event: A Lotta Tabata

    Tabata* for each of the exercises listed below:
    30lb weighted squats
    25lb kettlebell swing
    Burpees
    Merkins
    6 Inches
    Crunches
    Lunges
    Bicycles
    Each PAX performed 8 rounds of each exercise, round-robin through the first 6 exercises. Last 2 exercises were performed together.
