6 PAX made it out on a semi gloomy morning at StankHill. Little did they know that YHC had a challenging workout planned.

After that the PAX moseyed around for the morning Mile then gathered before the Pull-up bars.
There the PAX suffered under silence and knocked out the following: 10 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, 5 Pull-ups, and then climbed the hill and did 20 2 count American Hammers. They did this 5 times.
After that the PAX moseyed over to the Amphitheater. The PAX suffered more and knocked out 11’s. Burpees and Merkins were the weapon of choice with a 25 yard sprint.
After that the PAX moseyed back to the flags and the knocked out MARY with dealers choice.
