The Thang

Pax moseyed over to Kids Cove. There they started with 15 Burpees OYO. then they ran up to the top of Stankhill. There the knocked out 15 4 count American Hammers and 15 4 count LBC’s. Then the Pax ran down Stankhill to the grassy knoll. They partnered up for some DORA. 100 Merkins, 200 Air Squats, and 300 Side Straddle Hop. They did as many as they can while their partner ran a lap around the track. After they completed that, the Pax moseyed back towards the last shelter. There the Pax completed 15 dips and 15 4 count Penguin Crunches. Then the Pax moseyed to the next shelter. There they did 15 Carolina Dry Docks and 15 Leg Lifts. After that the Pax ran to the first shelter. There they knocked out 15 Derkins and 15 Opposite Legs and opposite hands. After that they ran back to the Flags.
