WARMARAMA – Side Straddle Hops 4 x 25, Through the tunnel 4 x 10, arm circles front and back 4 x 10, Mosey long way over burpee bridge, up the hill, past the playground, through painful briar patch field, and to bottom of the hill near beach.
THE THANG: Modified 21 Workout (to include burpees for Quad P)
21 workout with big boys and squats.
Big boys were performed at bottom of hill and squats were performed at top of hill
Modification: Burpees replaced big boys and squats at top and bottom of hill whenever we reached a multiple of 6 (6, 12, 18).
Finished at bottom of hill with 3 big boys completed. Did not perform 18 reps at top of hill (burpees) due to time constraint.
54 burpees in total were completed towards Quad P.

And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’
The love the shepherd has for his senseless sheep is comparable to the love Jesus has for us sometimes senseless humans. Jesus carries us home and empowers us to do the same for those who have lost his/her way.
