30 four count Side Straddle Hops
15 four count Through the Tunnels
15 four count Michael Phelps
3 minutes of stretching OYO
Mosey over to the hill near the beach.
21s with squats at top of hill and merkins at bottom of hill. Burpees to replace merkins and squats on every interval of 5.
Start at top of hill with 1 squat.
Run to bottom of hill and do 20 burpees instead of 20 merkins since interval of 5.
Run to top of hill and do 2 squats.
Run to bottom of hill and do 19 merkins….and so on.
We ended up doing 80 burpees in total and finished all but the last 20 burpees at the top of the hill (time ran out).
