First Lap- 10 merkins. 1 squat Thrustll

Second Lap- Derkins, Leg Lifts with coupon up

3rd Lap- wide merkins, air kettle bell swings

• Lots of 311 mumble chatter and lots of grumbling about how much coupon carrying there was.
• About every other song someone would say, “yea this is the song I remember”
• I think Double Fault is a closet 311 fan, very knowledgeable.
• YHC spent 30 minutes last night trying to connect 311 or one of there songs to faith and came to the conclusion that there is no connection, unfortunately.
