4 Pax showed up for a another cold gloomy morning at Stankhill. YHC was rested up from being down range. There was little mumble chatter.

Warmarama: Side Straddle Hop, Arm Circles, Spider-man Stretch, Imperial Walkers, Through The Tunnels

The Thang: Moseyed around the long path to the first shelter and back to the Pull-up bar. There the Pax knocked out the following: 20 Air Squats, 10 Hand Release Merkins, then sprint up the hill. At the top the Pax knocked out 20 Big Bois. Rinse and Repeat for 5 rounds. After that the Pax moseyed over to the Shelter. The Pax knocked out 10 Urkins, 10 Step-ups on bench, and 10 Superman’s, and then sprint down to the First shelter and back. Rinse and repeat.

After that the Pax moseyed back to the flags for some MARY.
