5 Pax for another beautiful sunny morning at the Stinkhill. The temperature was definitely not what it was the day before. Pax however warmed up nicely after a beatdown.

Warmaram: Side Straddle Hop, Imperial walkers, Spiderman Stretch, Through the Tunnel, Arm Circles, Hillbilly Walkers.

The Thang: Pax moseyed around the long path for about a mile around back to the front stairway. There the Pax knocked out 10 Merkins, Lunge walk 20 yards, 10 2 count American Hammers. They did 3 rounds of this.

After that the Pax moseyed up the stairs and grabbed a rock. there the Pax knocked out 15s with the rocks. Curls, Tris, and OHP. Then ran down and back up the stairs. 10 Big Bois and the rinse and repeat for several rounds.

After that the Pax moseyed to the middle of Stinkhill. There the Pax knocked out 10 Hand Release Merkins, 10 Squat Jumps, and 10 V-ups. Then the Pax sprinted 50 yards. Rinse and Repeat for several rounds.

After that the Pax moseyed back to the Flags for dealers choice MARY.
