Runners are split into teams. Two buckets are placed next to the bench at the library. Runners start by running down to the clubhouse, around the loop, and back to the rucker. The rucker holds the workout deck. The runner draws a card and performs the exercise on the card. 4 reps for any face value 2-6, 7 reps for the others, sprint cards are freebies. The teams weren’t even so the team with more people had to blindly choose which cards from the bucket to remove to make the hands even. The teams then built the best poker hand they could with the cards in the bucket. Winners had a full house, losers had a pair of threes.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.
