6 Pax made it SlothHill for a 9/11 WOD. Lots of mumble chatter happened even though most the Pax was still waking up.
Warmarama: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walkers, Spider-Man Stretch, Straight leg stretch, Slow and Steady squat, Arm circles, Michael Phelps, and some give ups.
The Thang: Pax moseyed around the Interstate side of SlothHill to the split. There they moseyed up the spine of the hill over to the rock pile. After grabbing a rock, each Pax did the following OYO:
11 Curls, 11 Tri-extensions, 11 Front Squats, 11 Merkins, 11 Big Bois, 11 American Hammers, and then down and up the stairs. Rinse and repeat for 9 Rounds. After that the Pax moseyed back to the Flags for COT. Reading of Luke 12:27-28 and reminders of upcoming events.
