Basic Introduction, F3 Disclaimer

 

8 Pax showed up for a sunny and fresh new morning at the Stinkhill. Average Joe showed up and was well equipped with some humor to entertain the Pax.

 

Warmarama: SSH, Spider-man stretch, Imperial Walkers, Arm circles, Through the Tunnels, Michael Phelps.

 

The Thang: Pax began to mosey down the bike path towards Independence when Free Fall stated he couldn’t remember if he locked his doors. This was after a discussion about some incidents that have plagued Stinkhill recently. So as good Q’s do, Q modified and circles back the opposite direction as planned.

 

Q led the Pax around aimlessly on a run stopping every so often. Each stop the Pax knocked out 10 Merkins, 20 4 count American Hammers, and 10 each leg Step Ups on the railing or benches. After about 5 rounds of that the Pax switched it up. They did 10 Merkins, 15 Big Bois, then sprint up and down the Hill. After that the Pax ran to the picnic tables and knocked out more Merkins 20 4 count LBCs, and 10 Foot release squats on benches. After 4 rounds of that the Pax moseyed back to the Flags for some Dealer’s Choice MARY.
