The Region

11 PAX dared brave the whims of their fellow HIMs (HIM whims, if you will) and complete Dealer’s Choice exercises, 100 reps per day. Regionally, the average number of days completed was around 16, with some streaks better than others. Along those lines, YHC was somewhat disappointed in the lack of productivity and creativity in comments: only 57 total, roughly 5 per PAX. But that is—strictly speaking—outside of the “Dealer’s Choice” element itself.

MVP

ME. ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME. Most day’s exercises completed: ME (30). Most comments: ME (30). Longest consecutive streak: ME (30). Most integration of 100 Hand Release Burpee Tuck Jumps into a workout: ME. Most consecutive filmed Head-Shoulders-Knees-and-Toes: ME. Broken brain that won’t let him finish a streak he’s started: ME. ME ME ME. MWAHAHA (see BB pic).

The PAX

Gas Station gets a shout out for suggesting the whole idea. Dreamliner gets one for submitting Hand Release Burpee Tuck Jumps, “the hardest bodyweight exercise I could think of,” and Planer for (foolishly) suggesting Head-Shoulders-Knees-and-Toes because “I didn’t think you would actually pick it.”
