7 Pax showed up to SlothHill for some Average Fun at the SlothHill. The park was busy as usual for a Sunday AM. Lots of other getting after the day. Pax showed up and were super chatty during the warmarama.

Warmarama: SSH, Through the Tunnel, Arm Circles, Imperial Walkers, Over Head Claps

The Thang: Pax moseyed to Kids Cove. There they knocked out several rounds of the following:

5 Burpees, 15 CDD, 20 Step ups, 15 big Bois, then mosey around the park

5 Burpees, 15 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, 20 4ct Flutter Kicks, Mosey up to ridge and back on SlothHill.

After several rounds of that the Pax moseyed over to the grassy knoll for some Kick Ball. Every out and run scored the Pax had to knock out 2 Burpees.

Mosey backed to the flag for some COT. Countarama, Namearama, Announcement, and prayers.
