Gator kicked off his 37th birthday with the gentlemen of F3. He felt all 37 years.

Jimmy Buffett’s “Trip Around the Sun” is a birthday tradition for Gator. What do we do with these trips around the sun? Only time will tell if it was time well spent.

This segues into Jocko Willink’s “Make It Count” clip in which Jocko discusses Rome’s gradual ascent and decent. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but it also didn’t decay in a day. Every second counts.
