Mosey to the end of the parking lot to see if Catniss had arrived.  He wasn’t there when we got back so we moseyed over to the tennis courts.

The Thang

Paint the Lines: Not sure that we had ever painted the lines on two courts side by side, so we did it.

Dora: Partner up:

• 100 Merkins
• 200 Big Bois
• 300 Squats

Bear Craw Snake: Each PAX takes plank position on line around tennis court with around 3 feet between each of us.  PAX in the back of the line bear craws in between the PAX in front of him until he is in front and then takes plank position while the next PAX in the back makes his way forward.  Finished after we made our way around both courts.

Mosey back to the picnic tables.

AMRAP: One PAX does sideways lunges down one end of the picnic area and back while the other PAX perform a series of exercises.  When he finishes he takes one of the exercises and everyone moves to the next exercise.

• Scheduled Q didn’t show, so this one was made up as we went.
• Kids clothes with pee on them left in your wife’s car in hot weather don’t smell great.
• Thought the Dora would go pretty quick until we got to the Big Bois.
• Lots of talk about bad habits and what you find when you borrow someone’s vehicle or lease their apartment (finger nails, spit bottles, etc.).
