Workout #1 (35 min)
Mosey to the shelter by the pull-up bars.  Once their circle back for the six.
Elevens – Dips & Air Squats.  Start with Dips at the shelter complete 10 dips.  Then, mosey to the hill and Bernie Sanders up the hill and complete 1 air squat.  Every time you pass the pull up bars complete 3 pull ups.  Once completed circle back for the six.
