The Thang: Pax ran around the bike path stopping every so often to perform the following: 10 Merkins or Urkins, 20 Air Squats, 20-30 LBCs/ Big Bois/ American Hammers. Pax made their first at up and down Tom the Hill and to a couple of shelters.
