On a beautiful sunny Sunday morning, Nuke covered the F3 disclaimer and we jumped into the Warm-a-Rama.

Side straddle hops IC x 15, Abe bagodas IC x 8, Cherry Pickers IC x 8, UP dog/Down Dog, Walk the dog followed by a short mosey over to the track.

And then the fun began. 5 minutes of Burpees followed by 5 minutes of running. Rinse and Repeat x3 for 30 minutes. We completed 120 burpees and 2 miles.

Returned to the parking lot for a brief round of Merry.

For our line of trust (only two of us) we were grateful for health and prosperity and prayed for those without.

Yes, it sucked, funny when you look forward to the running “break”. I expect this to be an annual tradition.
