6 Pax mustered this morning at Stankhill. The flags had to be temporarily planted in Stankhill park because of the Carnies are back. Needless to say the beat down was not a lot of fun. Unlike the Carnvial.
Waramarama: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnel, Arm Circles, Give ups.
The Thang: Mosey up the hill and down the spine to pull up bars. There the Pax did 5 rounds of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, Sprint up the hill and do 20 Big Boy sit-ups, and the back down for 20 American Hammers.
After that the Pax ran to the first shelter for 11’s for Dips and Step-ups. Then. A slow mosey back to the flags for some COT.
