Rifle Carry to each of the light poles and do a series of exercises with the coupon. Alternate PAX for counting to encourage Mumble Chatter. Exercise Examples:

- KB Swings – 25
- Around the World – 15 Each Way
Transition down the ramp and across the parking lot in alternating fashion (Rifle Carry, Lunge Walk, Mosey, Side Lunge, Walk Backwards, etc.) stopping at each landing to do exercises:
- Chest Press
- KB Swings
- Skull Crushes
- KB Swings
- Get Ups
Mosey back to the flag.
Another round of 50 curls and 30 Triceps Extensions.
- Not as much Mumble Chatter as I thought that there would be.
