Gator is celebrating his son’s 7th birthday today and encouraged the men in attendance to be good role models and to pour into the next generation of male community leaders. Give thanks for the men in our lives (fathers, grandfathers, teachers, coaches, neighbors, pastors) who have helped influence and shape us into the men we are today.

Pretty good Blackwater Jam Session (IMHO)! Most PAX got through the 60’s (1.5 miles, 210 reps of each exercise). Planer got through 70 curls on the 7th round…because he’s a man and he’s 40.
