  • 140 Lunges
  • 140 Squats
  • 140 Lunges
  • 100 Squats
  • 1 min rest
  • 250 Side Straddle Hops
  • 1 min rest
  • 230 Big Boy Sit Ups
  • 1 min rest
  • 180 Merkins
  • 1 min rest
  • 25 arm haulers, 25 Merkins (repeat x 4)

PAX Moseyed around parking garage deck until everyone finished.

Ran Stairs to the top of the garage to wrap up the hour
