- 100 Squats
- 1 min rest
- 250 Side Straddle Hops
- 1 min rest
- 230 Big Boy Sit Ups
- 1 min rest
- 180 Merkins
- 1 min rest
- 25 arm haulers, 25 Merkins (repeat x 4)
