F3 intro (yes, at least what i memorized)

Conditions:  Man,  it was gross outside this morning.  Cool, but humid, windy and rainy.  Or to state another way, Sunny and 73.

Warmarama: YHC led the PAX in some static stretches as well as some Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigodas, Through-The-Tunnels,  some other things until the PAX complained that the warmup was lasting too long.

The Thang:

YHC diverted from his original plan upon arrival at the AO.  As such, the majority of the Q was made up on the spot.  I’m not proud of it, but it is what it is.  As stated before, it was gross outside.  Had I not been the Q, or the AOQ, chances are I would have fartsacked today.  I have plenty of reps and sets working out in the rain. I don’t need any more of those. but alas, I was there.

Lazy Dora: 50 Overhead Press, 100 curls, 150 bench press (with coupons) partner farmer-carried his coupon from the shelter of the Food Lion overhang to the barn cart and back.

Dodecahedrons of Destiny: YHC provided  two  colored  exercise driven dodecahedrons.  Pax went round-robin selecting a color, and PAX executed the ‘assigned’ exercise.  For some reason, Supermans and Lunge Walks came up more often than chance should have allowed.

Mary: one 5-rep round of superman control freaks (we ran out of time for more.

COT: John 17: 15 ” My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. “.  YHC translated as “be in the world but not of the world”

Moleskin: Pretty sure that he weather was the main driver of complaints.  Might have been my lack of a cohesive plan.
