Ruck on – copperhead squats – IC 10
Ruck to front planting area.
25 step ups on brick wall- one each leg, ruck over to wooden guard rail for 10 leg over and back over
Ruck back to brick wall and continue step ups thill the 6 returns
Using front stairs ruck up to the top and descend down the back stairs returning to brick wall for round 2
Rinse and repeat of round one and this time 2 rounds of step ups and step overs. Ruck up and over the mountain back to brick wall for round 3
Rinse and repeat and this time 3 rounds of step ups and step overs. Ruck up and over the mountain as before.
With a little time left to ruck out and back to flag.
