The Thang: Pax moseyed around the two hills and met back up at the Pull-up Bars. Their the Pax partnered up and threw down a DORA Murph. 100 Pull-ups, 200 Merkins, 300 Air Squats. One Pax knocked out AMRAP while the other ran to the first shelter and back. After that completed the PAX knocked out some MARY. American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, Penguin Crunches, Big Bois.

After that the Pax moseyed back to the flag for some Countarama, Namearama and COT.
