Ruck up and all grab a Cindy.

Half Burpee with Cindy – IC 10, Ruck to opposite side of parking lot with Cindy, Feet release squat on Cindy on my down 15, ruck back to start for 3 rounds.

Kept two Cindys to pass around as we rucked over the Berkeley Bridge.

Still time on the clock for another round of 1/2 burpee and feet release squats.
