It was a sunny morning with ideal temps for an Earth Day beat down at Stinkhill. 8 Pax brought their A game, while Sameday caught the HIMs on camera.

The Thang: Pax started off knocking out burpees to AC/DC Thunderstruck. After that the Pax moseyed to the Hill and the East side stairs. There they partnered up. Partner 1 knocked out 20 Squats, 20 Lunges, and 20 Jump Squats, while Partner 2 ran down one set of stairs and back up the next. They performed this for a couple of rounds. Pax then Bear Crawled across the top of the Hill and then ran down passed the Pull-up bars to the last shelter. There the Pax performed 20 Merkins, 20 Dips, and 20 CDD. After that the moseyed up the hill. There they knocked out 1-minute mountain climbers, 1-minute knees to chest, 1-minute wide MC, and 1-minute Chilcutt. Then they moseyed back to the shelter for Rinse and Repeat of Merkins, Dips, and CDD. After they moved back up the hill for 1- Minute Flutter Kicks, 1- minute Hello Dollys, and Big Bois. They the Pax moseyed back to the flags as one unit. Once back at the Flags some Mary was had.
