The Thang:

• 1 Pax rifle carries coupon out 30 yards and back and then bear crawls out 20 yards and back while the other 2 Pax do WW2s while tossing a 20 pound med ball back and forth. Rinse and repeat until all Pax have rifle carried and bear crawled.
• 1 Pax Murder bunny out 30 yards and back and then lunge walk with coupon 20 yards and back while the other 2 Pax do squat thrusters with 20 pound med ball. Rinse and repeat until all Pax have completed murder bunny and lunge walk
• 1 Pax does inch worm push-ups 20 yards and back and then broad jumps 20 yards and back while the other 2 Pax do Slam balls with med ball/Dwight Howards. Rinse and repeat until all Pax have completed inch worm push-ups and broad jumps
