Typical warmarama and then we got right into the Thang.
EMOM workout to a Youtube Power Hour mix. Each song was a 60 second clip. When the song started, you performed the workout. Once finished, you could rest until the next song began. Each round was 5 sets.
Round 1: Run to end of parking lot and back (100 ish yards)
Round 2: 20 Push Ups
Round 3: 20 Curls with Coupon
Round 4: 20 Big Boys
Round 5: 20 Tricep Dips on Coupon
Round 6: 20 Shoulder Press
Round 7: 8 Burpees (only had time for one set)
Between each round, we did a mosey to tne end of the parking lot and back. Unfortunately, we only had time for one set of the burpees (bummer). I’ll attribute that to the fact that my Youtube had ads which added some extra rest. Next time, I’ll add a random exercise each time an ad plays.
