7 Pax made it to Slothhill on a warm and muggy Sunday AM. Little did they know that the F3 Deck of Death showed up too.

Warmarama: SSH, Through the Tunnels, Imperial Walkers, Spider-Man Stretches, Michael Phelps, Arm Circles, Straight Leg Stretches.

The Thang: Mosey to the Amphitheater. There the Pax 20 Incline Merkins, 15 HR Merkins, 16 Werkins, 15 Merkins, 25 Freddie Mercury’s, 14 Alternating Side Squats, 25 Burpees, 17 Derkins. In between each exercise Pax ran a lap around the path. After that the Pax moseyed back to the flags.
