THE THANG: F3 Workout Deck. Pax ran around the Carrollton Shopping Center stopping on the Q’s command to perform three exercises based on three cards pulled from the F3 Workout Deck. Ten reps for face cards. Add ten reps to cards numbered 1 – 9. Counted reps with both cadence and single-count depending on the exercise and desire of the Q.
