4 Pax showed up for another rendezvous at Slothhill. Weather was much warmer than expected.

Warmarama: SSH, Spider-Man Stretch, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnels, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Give ups.

The Thang:  Mosey to the base of the ridge. There the Pax started off with 5 burpees. Then moseyed up the hill and knocked out the 10 Merkins, 10 Air Squats, and 10 Big Bois. Pax moseyed up to the next point 10 CDD, 10 Lunges, 10 4 count American Hammers. Pax moseyed to the next part for 10 Shoulder Taps, 10 Broad Jumps, and 10 LBCs. Pax then moseyed down the stairs and knocked out 10 HR Merkins, 10 Squats, and 10 4 count flutter kicks. Pax then went backwards and rinse and repeated. Three times down and back. Pax moseyed back to the flags.
