I had a deck of cards and set up cones at the four corners of the parking lot. The suit and number pulled would determine the station we went to, how we got there and what exercise we did when we arrived

Spades: run around the parking lot and perform squat jumps

Diamond: crab walk and perform lunges

Hearts: karaoke and  berpees

clubs: bear crawl and Capt Thor (big boy followed by four American hammers)

When, however, a thing is corrupted, its corruption is an evil because it is, by just so much, a privation of the good. Where there is no privation of the good, there is no evil. But even if the corruption is not arrested, it still does not cease having some good of which it cannot be further deprived.

In modern English, only that which is good can be corrupted. Much like Anakin Skywalker, there is always good in people and with support, corrupt men can be redeemed. If you know people who you think are corrupt, support and encourage them to get right.
