Cold and unusually dark morning at FunnyFarm. Wind gusting making it the much harder to motivate. It was just YHC and Scully that made it out to FunnyFarm.

We warmed up to the following:

SSH, Imperial Walkers, Straight Leg Stretch, Through the Tunnel, Arm Circles, Give-ups, Copper Head Squats

The Thang: Pax moseyed through the barely lit wooded park to each of the covered shelters. There we knocked out:

10 Step-ups each leg

10 Dips

10 4 Count Squats

Next round at each shelter we knocked out:

10 4 count American Hammers

10 Urkins

10 4 Count Flutter Kicks

Then we moseyed out to the main parking lot. There we lined up and ran to each light post and did the following for 2 rounds:

10 Big Bois

10 4 count Johnny Dramas

After that we did dealer’s choice MARY. COT Countarama, Namearama.
