Pair up – one pair would run one direction at an increased pace, pushing one another.  Other PAX would mosey in the opposite direction.  Once the groups met, the next pair would go.

Army vs. Navy (Lawn Boy & Gator)

Presbyterian vs. Methodist (Marvel & Money Ball)

Hokie vs. Hokie (Planer & Cash Flow)

We had enough time for sprints, we broke into two groups and took turns sprinting while the other group did Burpees (8 total) = for a total of 33.

 

Ruckers followed us back to the park and rucked along the way returning to the shovel flag at 6:15am.

 

COT – I was a volunteer last week at the Eastern Amateur golf tournament.  Most of the contestants are college golfers and I was encouraged at the amount of young men that showed that the were Christians.  Some had gear, others had bible verses in their Twitter bio.  This year was the best year for player attitude, no issues at all with mis behavior or behavior unbecoming.  Maybe the two are connected?  I tend to think so.

I saw a “Fellowship of Christian Athletes” golf bag and a headcover “GOD, COUNTRY, NOTRE DAME”.

Moleskin – Only one thing to say, Dreamliner overslept and YHC had to take the Q as my duty as AOQ.  He still showed up to take the heat like a real man.
