Start with ½ lap Rifle Carry with coupon, then complete 4 man makers.

Run ½ lap to stadium stairs and snake (up, across, down) until all are completed.

Run ½ to coupons and complete 4 man makers.

Run ½ lap to stadium stairs and snake (up, across, down) until all are completed.

Run ½ to coupons and complete 4 man makers.

Run ½ lap to stadium stairs and snake (up, across, down) until all are completed.

Run ½ to coupons and complete 4 man makers.

Finish last ½ lap, Rifle Carry with coupon.

Finish with stadium stairs, return to start point.

 

Dealers Choice – Each PAX picked an exercise and lead in the count.

 

COT – God’s Glory PART II

 

Last week at Blackwater YHC talked about Olympians and athletes giving Glory to God.  This week USA Track star Sydney McLaughlin broke her own World record to win gold in the 400 hurdles.

Only one thing to say, YHC fell down the stairs on the last leg of the IronBruinMile.  Thankfully I wasn’t seriously injured…..yet.
