Three Pax started off the week strong with a early bird special at Funny Farm.

Warmarama: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Slow and Steady Squats, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Polkas

The Thang: Pax moseyed down to Shore Drive and then back through the parking lot to the basketball courts. There the Pax knocked out 20 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, 20 4 count flutter kicks. After that the Pax moseyed to the playground and Rinse and Repeated. Pax then moseyed to the Pull-up bars. There they knocked out 10 pull-ups and Rinse and Repeated Merkins, Squats, and Flutter Kicks. Pax moseyed and stopped at the next Q destination and Rinse and Repeated. Eventually the Pax wondered back to one of the picnic areas. There the Q changed it up with 15 Dips, 15 Step-ups, and 15 Big Bois. After that the Pax moseyed around to various picnic areas and Rinse and Repeated.
