YHC discussed Advent and preparing for “the coming of the Lord” (first Sunday of Advent).

Moleskin

• Wilson dominated the three competitions.
• YHC started his fitness journey doing GoRuck’s Sandbag training that is published online.  This workout borrowed 3 of their workouts.  Therefore, we did 3 of their workouts in 45 minutes.  That made YHC feel good because once upon a time doing one a day was really hard.
• The COT got really deep discussing Platonic theory of the Soul and how 1st Century Jews viewed Heaven.
• Numbers for the Peninsula have been down of late – we need to get some PAX back out.  However, we had a solid group today and all PAX got their money’s worth.  This was a unique workout.
