The Thang – Group run

AGAIN YHC had a workout planned but numbers were an issue.  Good news is that I now have another workout in my back pocket.

We ran as a group until 6:15am

 

COT – Monday Motivation: Ephesians 4, 1-6

 

4 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

 

Moleskin:

• YHC and Dirt Bike arrived a little late from out pre-run but got started right after 5:30:59.
• Batman joined us for the first time, great to see/meet him.
• It is getting lighter outside and warmer.
• Numbers got me again, but this time I only needed one rucker…none were available.
