• Mosey to Dirt Bike Hill

The Thang 

• Dirt Bill Hill, 2 Runners in total:  Runner 1 would run up the hill while runner 2 took a lap. 
• Round 1:  Run up the hill forward
• Round 2:  Run up the hill backwards
• Round 3:  Shuffle up the hill sideways
• Round 4:  Half way up the hill forward and half way up the hill backwards

After hills, ran to new neighborhood across the street from Dirt Bike hill and then ran back to starting point.

Rucker rucked to dirt bike hill and conducted 2 hill exercises and then headed back to starting point.
