10 Pax plus a FNG Placebo warmed up this AM with a strong beatdown at Ignite. After about 40 intense minutes of the workout, the Pax divided up and played some Sand Soccer.
Warmarama: SSH, Spider-Man stretches, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnels, Up Dog, Down Dog, Michael Phelps, Give Ups, Squats.
The Thang: 1st Set: Burpees, Bear Crawl to 1st come for Wide Arm Merkins. Broad Jump to 2nd cone for there American Hammers, Bernie Samders to 3rd cone for Jump Squats, Run to 4th Cone for squats. Rinse and repeat.
2nd Set: Pull-ups then run to 1st cone for Carolina Dry Docks, Lunge walk to 2nd cone for Big Boys, Run to 3rd Cone Bonnie Blair’s, Run to 4th cone for Merkins. Rinse and Repeat.
The last 20 minutes or so. Shirts vs Skins Sand Soccer. Of course with Burpees for each time the other team scored.
After that did some Mary and Welcomed Placebo. COT and a Reading of John 1:1.
