Do one of each exercise and mosey to light poles and add one rep at each location continue on until time.

25 rep station = 325 total for each exercise

20 rep station = 210 total for each exercise

15 rep station = 120 total for each exercise

COT: This consisted of YHC having broad thoughts about living a good Christian life and how hard it seems to be to put God before everything else.  No profound enlightenment came from this, just spat out some of the thoughts that race around in ones head when someone else may bring something up.  See Cash Flow COT from yesterday:

COT – putting God first

God is described in the Bible as the only God and the creator of all things (Deuteronomy 6:4). We worship Jesus because He is first — above all rule and authority — and He alone is worthy of the No. 1 position in our lives.
