• Q Goes first. Rest of PAX go like 25 yards away. Dealers choice of Ball/object to throw to them. Dealer states exercise, reps, and count type. Dealer throws ball/object to PAX. PAX try to catch it. If a PAX catches it, he becomes the new dealer. New Dealer runs to throwing spot picking up the six while PAX do called exercise. Former Dealer runs the length of the parking lot at back to participate. If no PAX catch it, everyone does 5 burpees. Rinse and repeat.
