The Thang:

Rifle carry to buss loop followed by bear crawls.

We did 4 minutes of step ups, 2 minutes of dips. Then we had time for dealers’ choice with coupons.

Last exercise was 4 minutes of step ups.

COT – Johnny Football’s life is one that I don’t envy. I watched his NETFLIX documentary, and it is just sad, so many issues that maybe we can correct and get young men back on track. Look to the Lord:
