4 Pax did not let a little rain and chill deprive them of getting a good Sunday morning workout in.
Pax warmed up to the following: SSH, Through the Tunnels, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Overhead Claps.
Then the Pax moseyed on over. Started by climbing the hill and back down. Moseyed over to the Amphitheater. There the Pax started with 20 SSH, 20 Jump Squats, 20 Penguin Crunches, 20 Big Bois, 20 Merkins OYO. Then on to the next shelter. Rinse and repeated. Then they moseyed to the next shelter and rinse and repeated. After 3 rounds of that YHC changed it up. At the last shelter we stayed and knocked out 20 Feet Release Squats on benches, 20 American Hammers, 20 Leg lifts, and then moseyed to the pull-up bars. There 5 pull-ups, and then ascended up and down the hill and back to the shelter for Rinse and Repeat for three rounds.
After that the Pax moseyed up the hill and up the spine to the top. There the Pax moseyed pax down the stairs on the back side and then back to the Flags. Once there the Pax knocked out MARY. LBCs, Heels to the Heaven, Flutter Kicks.
After that the Pax circled up for some Counterama, Namearama.
