The Thang: Pax picked a card from the Deck of Death. If it was a single number then we added 10. The following was picked each round. 17 LBC’s, 10 Butt Kicks, 90 second Plank, 17 Monkey Humpers, 15 Standing Lunge, 10 Incline Merkins, 12 Hand Clap Merkins, 18 Squat Thrusts. The Pax performed 10 Burpees before each exercise. After each exercise the Pax ran 100 yards. The Pax performed a total of 110 Burpees. Which included 10 fro F3Cardinal.
