COT – Let’s Finish the Year Strong

We have a few weeks left in the year, take time to finish strong and reflect on 2022. A lot of people make new year resolutions, which I think is a good idea.

Make sure you make attainable goals for the new year.

• YHC needed to take a bathroom break on the Bennett’s Creek Park loop restroom.
• Great turnout with 9 total PAX. 5 runners and 4 ruckers.
